For this fall-winter MAIZENA, a Veneto-based brand of handcrafted leather accessories, offers four new options of its ‘Yuma’ it-bag.

The new items are made of brushed calfskin, croc-printed, in next season’s must-have shades: from the must-have black, to the elegant petrol green, to the classic but never mundane ivory, to the chocolate color, the absolute trend of the season.

The new crocodile print makes MAIZENA‘s it-bag the ideal companion to be paired easily with all the different occasions of the day: to complete the office outfit, for a metropolitan shopping trip or a gala evening.

The Yuma Bag is characterized by its versatility. It is a bag that looks chic but at the same time comfortable, capacious and wearable in three different ways: hand, shoulder or cross-body. Already available in 12 shades of color, it is the must-have accessory for those who seek no compromise when it comes to quality and style.

What makes it truly unique is the craftsmanship of its fine leathers, and each new version is the result of meticulous product research, from the choice of materials and prints to matching certain colors and finishes to the punchy character of the details.

The theme of sustainability is the central focus of the brand. All MAIZENA bags are produced exclusively in Italy thanks to a short production chain: the raw material and all accessories are sourced close to the production departments. The brand’s flagship tannery uses self-generated renewable energy for 20 percent of its energy needs and uses an optimized fence system in order to considerably reduce water consumption during leather processing. No solvents are used during the tanning process, but vegetable and enzymatic water-based solutions without chemical components. The packaging of all products consists only of recycled and FSC-certified paper.

Thus continues the project of the brand’s two young founders-Viola Slaviero and Gianluca Agostini-who decided to include new colors and patterns by enhancing their strengths, namely technique, creativity, and attention to detail for a unique, ethically correct and exclusive product.
